Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs assessment to determine needs and appropriate training methods based on the subject matter and target audience
  • Prepare and modify content for various training modules
  • Design, facilitate and conduct training and development programs
  • Assess the success of training and development programs, and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
  • Maintain relationships with external training institutes and trainers
  • Prepare, administer and maintain training budget
  • Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization


Qualifications:


Education:

  • A Graduate from any reputed university


Experience Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skill
  • Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
  • Ability to design and implement effective training and development programs.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, research, and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
